ŞARTLAR VE KOŞULLAR
1. Genel
LunaPorta (lunaporta.com.tr), etkinlik biletlerinin satışına aracılık eden çevrimiçi bir platformdur. Platforma erişen veya platformu kullanan herkes bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılır.
2. Aracılık
LunaPorta yalnızca etkinliklerin biletlenmesinden sorumludur; organizasyonun sahibi veya düzenleyicisi değildir.
3. Üyelik ve Hesap
Bilet satın alımı için üyelik gerekebilir. Hesap bilgilerinin doğruluğu ve güvenliği üyenin sorumluluğundadır.
4. Bilet ve Ödeme
Bilet fiyatları ve varsa hizmet bedelleri satın alma öncesinde açıkça gösterilir. Ödemeler güvenli ödeme altyapısı üzerinden tahsil edilir; biletler dijital olarak (QR) sunulur.
5. İptal ve İade
Organizasyon sahibinin belirlediği kurallar dışında ve etkinlikte iptal veya değişiklik olmadığı sürece, satın alınan biletlerde değişiklik veya iade yapılamaz. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15/g maddesi uyarınca, belirli bir tarihte yapılan eğlence ve dinlenme amaçlı hizmetlerde tüketici cayma hakkını kullanamaz. Ancak etkinlik yayına alınırken bir iptal/iade hakkı tanımlanmışsa, tüketici bu haktan belirlenen süre içinde kesinti olmaksızın yararlanabilir.
6. Kullanım Kuralları
Platformun hukuka aykırı amaçlarla, sahte işlemlerle veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal edecek biçimde kullanılması yasaktır. Biletlerin izinsiz çoğaltılması veya yeniden satışı yasaktır.
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
Platform üzerindeki marka, logo, tasarım ve içerikler LunaPorta'ya veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir; izinsiz kullanılamaz.
8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
LunaPorta, organizatör kaynaklı aksaklıklardan, etkinliğin içeriğinden veya iptalinden doğrudan sorumlu değildir.
9. Kişisel Veriler
Kişisel veriler, KVKK kapsamına uygun olarak işlenir.
10. Değişiklikler
LunaPorta bu koşulları güncelleyebilir. Güncel koşullar platformda yayımlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri ve ilgili tüketici hakem heyetleri yetkilidir.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
LunaPorta (lunaporta.com.tr) is an online platform that acts as an intermediary in the sale of event tickets. Anyone who accesses or uses the platform is deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Intermediary Role
LunaPorta is responsible solely for the ticketing of events; it is not the owner or organizer of the event.
3. Membership and Account
Membership may be required to purchase tickets. The accuracy and security of account information are the member's responsibility.
4. Tickets and Payment
Ticket prices and any service fees are displayed clearly before purchase. Payments are collected through a secure payment infrastructure; tickets are provided digitally (QR).
5. Cancellation and Refund
Except for the rules set by the event organizer and unless the event is cancelled or changed, purchased tickets cannot be changed or refunded. Pursuant to Article 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for entertainment and leisure services to be provided on a specific date. However, if a cancellation/refund right is defined when the event is published, the consumer may benefit from this right within the specified period without any deduction.
6. Rules of Use
Using the platform for unlawful purposes, through fraudulent transactions, or in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited. The unauthorized reproduction or resale of tickets is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
The brands, logos, designs and content on the platform belong to LunaPorta or the respective rights holders and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
LunaPorta is not directly responsible for disruptions arising from the organizer, or for the content or cancellation of an event.
9. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).
10. Amendments
LunaPorta may update these terms. The current terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
11. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and the relevant consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction over disputes.
