The e-ticket is delivered electronically (to the BUYER's e-mail address and/or user account on the Platform) after payment is approved. There is no physical delivery or shipping/delivery cost. The PROVIDER performs its obligation within thirty days at the latest; due to the nature of the e-ticket, delivery is generally made immediately upon payment approval.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION/REFUND
6.1. Since the purchased tickets relate to an entertainment/event service to be provided on a specific date, they are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15/1-(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The BUYER declares being aware of and accepting this. The BUYER's failure to attend the event of their own will, or giving up on the purchase, does not on its own create a right of refund.
6.2. In the following cases, the ticket price is refunded together with the entire amount paid:
a) Cancellation of the event for reasons attributable to the organizer/provider,
b) Postponement of the event, or a change of date/place or material content, and the BUYER not accepting the new conditions,
c) The event not being able to take place due to force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, decision/prohibition of an official authority, etc.),
d) Duplicate or erroneous charges due to a technical error during payment.
6.3. In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated. A BUYER who does not accept the new date/conditions may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
6.4. The refund is made in a single transaction to the payment instrument used by the BUYER at the time of purchase, without any charge, within 14 days at the latest.
6.5. Refund requests are submitted to info@lunaporta.com.tr.
ARTICLE 7 – DECLARATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
7.1. The BUYER declares that the information provided during the order is accurate and complete.
7.2. The e-ticket and its QR code are personal to the BUYER; the BUYER is responsible for any consequences of unauthorized reproduction, sharing or sale. If an attempt is made to use the same ticket more than once, entry may be refused.
7.3. The BUYER is obliged to comply with the security/entry rules of the event venue and the organizer.
7.4. The PROVIDER cannot be held responsible for the refusal of entry with fake, invalid or unauthorized tickets.
ARTICLE 8 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE PROVIDER
8.1. The PROVIDER is obliged to deliver the e-ticket subject to the agreement electronically after payment is approved.

8.3. The PROVIDER keeps records of the transaction for three years.
ARTICLE 9 – FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of force majeure such as natural disaster, epidemic, fire, war, or decisions of official authorities that develop beyond the control of the parties and prevent the fulfillment of obligations, the parties cannot be held responsible. If the event cannot be held due to force majeure, the provisions of Article 6 apply.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
The BUYER's personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.
